Ivey Graduates from Basic Economic Development Course at Georgia Tech

March 22, 2016

This course is designed to provide a solid foundation for entry-level economic development practitioners.  Basic Economic Development Courses serve as the equivalent to  International Economic Development Council's Introduction to Economic Development course in preparation for the IEDC Certification exam. Accreditation by IEDC ensures that each BEDC covers subject areas determined to be the core building blocks in any economic development organization.

Mrs. Ivey graduated on March 11, 2016 and received 2.55 Continuing Education Units.  She is pictured on the second row with all the graduates from this year’s course.

Brittany Ivey, Stephens County Development Authority’s Assistant to the Executive Director recently graduated from Georgia Tech’s 49th Annual Basic Economic Development Course.
